Steps Our Office is Taking to Protect You

  • You will be contacted a few days before your scheduled appointment to complete your initial COVID-19 health screening. You will be asked those same questions again when you arrive to the office.
  • We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office.
  • You will also find the front desk reception area has been upgraded with sneeze shields and HEPA air purifying systems.
  • Our employees will be adhering to rigorous hand hygiene protocols and upgraded personal protective equipment, including: face masks, face mask coverings, caps, face shields, gloves, other equipment (and more).
  • Additional sanitizing stations will be set up around the office in key locations for you to use as needed.
  • Hand washing stations will also be available throughout the office.
  • You may see that our reception area will no longer offer reading materials since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect. FREE Wi-Fi is available throughout the office.
  • We are reducing the number of patients in the reception area at any one time—requiring you to wait outside rather than being seated in the reception area, as a result.
  • All work areas and common areas have also been fitted with the additive protective measure of HEPA air purification systems, which works to capture virus-sized particles.
  • Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing and enhanced disinfecting protocols to be completed between patients.

Our infection control protocols are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we think it’s a good idea to remind you about the infection control recommendations we follow, which include: the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Prevention, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We continuously monitor these agencies so that we are always up-to-date on any new guidance that may be issued.
